Parker Sonnet Fougère & Black GT (M) - 18k Fountain Pen (2102301_M1E)
In 2019, the Sonnet line turns 25. On the occasion of this anniversary, Parker re-introduced the iconic Fougère pattern for only one year - one of the first Sonnet designs, introduced in 1994. Made from the finest materials and using subtle craftsmanship, the products perfectly reflect Parker brand championship. Parker Sonnet Fougère honors 25 years of craftsmanship excellence and allows you to look back at the rich history of both the line and the brand. Sonnet Fougère was originally produced in Méru near Paris. The French heritage is also evident in the design name: "fougère" means "fern". 6 rows of a single herringbone separated by straight, smooth lines running along the cap and body refer to the subtle complexity of fern leaves, and the level of detail of the pattern is particularly visible in the cut edges of the herringbone. The body is made of brass, covered with deep black varnish; fits perfectly with the tip made of sterling silver with a masterfully carved Fougère pattern. Front section and trim made of 23ct gold. Distinctive Parker arrow clip. Fountain pen nib made of 18ct gold. Equipped with Functional piston. In the Parker premium gift package. NOTE: The pen refill is located underneath the bottom of the box.
